COP15 Priority number one

Between December 7 and December 18, 2009, the world leaders will meet up at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The Copenhagen Call does not include water in the list of priorities, even though billions of people are affected by shortages of the most essential ingredient to life.

This is a call to action.

Saar (not verified) says: Why not?

I agree that water should be amongst things that need to be discussed in the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference.

It would be terrible if India will indeed go dry and waterless by 2050, along with 60 percent of the world.

Let's all work together to avoid this phenomenon and to keep our fellowmen from dying.
